    We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However, variations in agricultural products (color, size, texture) are natural and do not constitute defects.
  3. Orders and Payments
    All prices are listed in USD or NGN, depending on region. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  4. Export and Delivery
    We comply with all Nigerian and U.S. export laws. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and logistics partners.
  5. Product Quality and Liability
    We guarantee that all products meet quality standards for export. However, IVYPAM is not liable for damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or delay caused by third parties.
  6. Refunds and Replacements
    Refunds or replacements are provided for valid claims regarding product quality or misdelivery within 7 days of receipt.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All brand materials, packaging designs, and website content belong to IVYPAM.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    We are not responsible for indirect losses, including profit loss or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United States of America. Disputes shall be resolved in either jurisdiction depending on the nature of the transaction.
